Double Wood Supplements is committed to getting your order shipped as quickly as possible, and there is typically a handling time of 1 business day before orders ship. This means that most orders placed on Monday will ship Tuesday, but orders placed Friday will typically ship Monday.
We currently offer the following shipping methods:
Orders placed with paid shipping are prioritized above free shipping orders, and sometimes will ship the same day they are placed depending on how early in the morning the order is placed and how busy the warehouse is.
Most orders ship from our warehouse in Connecticut, so shipping times to the East Coast will generally be faster than to the West Coast if both orders use the same shipping method.
Our warehouse pushes tracking numbers when they close each night at 9:30 PM EST, which is when the shipping confirmation emails with tracking information are sent out each evening.
Shipments Mistakenly Marked Delivered
We are happy to investigate if an order’s tracking information says the product is delivered mistakenly, as long as is reported within 5 days of being marked delivered. USPS occasionally marks orders delivered early, so if your tracking shows the order was marked delivered but you did not receive it the chances are high it will arrive the following day.
If a package is mistakenly marked delivered and USPS is not able to locate it, we will be happy to reship with signature required.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
If an incorrect shipping address is entered, please let us know before the order ships so that we can have our warehouse correct the address before shipping the order.
We are happy to reship orders sent to an invalid address and returned to us, and while we are often willing to reship orders to old addresses that aren’t sent back we reserve the right to not reship such orders if we find the circumstances surrounding them suspicious.
Paid Shipping Refunds
We cannot control delays from USPS or UPS, and generally do not refund shipping costs if we have both shipped the order on time and shipped it using the correct shipping method. If an order with paid shipping is delayed due to our mistake or has the wrong shipping method purchased we are happy to provide a full refund of the shipping costs.
Double Wood Supplements has a generous 30-day money back guarantee, which is valid for 30 days after the product is delivered. Return requests for orders older than 30 days are often granted, but doing so is solely at our discretion.
Typically, we do not require returns of opened bottles, but if more than one bottle of the same product is ordered and both are opened both bottles will need to be returned and only one of the bottles in question will be eligible for a refund.
If ordering more than one bottle of a product you haven’t tried before, please only open one bottle at a time so that you will be eligible for a full refund. Please email email@example.com with any questions.
Unfortunately we can't accept credit card payments from non-US credit cards through doublewoodsupplements.com, but we've been working hard to make our products available in Canada and have a few options for Canadians to order.
Many of our products are available to purchase on Amazon.ca, and are currently warehoused in Canada. If the products you're looking for are on Amazon.ca, this will be the easiest and quickest way to order.
