If your package has been marked "delivered" but you cannot find the package then please reach out to us via email within 5 days so we can investigate it.
Our shipping carrier occasionally marks orders delivered early, so if your tracking shows the order was marked delivered but you did not receive it then chances are high it will arrive the within following few days.
If an incorrect shipping address is entered, please let us know before the order ships so that we can have our warehouse correct the address before shipping the order.
We are happy to reship orders sent to an invalid address if the package is returned to us, and while we are often willing to reship orders to old addresses that aren’t sent back we reserve the right to not reship such orders if we find the circumstances surrounding them suspicious.
We want you to love your Double Wood Supplements (as much as we do) and we understand that optimizing your health and happiness sometimes requires a bit of trial and error.
That’s why we offer a money back-guarantee on the first bottle of any supplement that we sell, including multipacks. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will gladly refund the purchase amount of one bottle.
Multipacks, too? Yes, multipacks, too! Keep the first bottle on us and send us the remaining unopened bottles for a full refund. You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.

The customer is responsible for return‐shipping costs.
Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.
If the product is unopened, you can still return within the 30-day window, subject to approval.
Subscription orders that have already been processed (i.e. you didn’t cancel or skip before processing) are not eligible for a refund. You may contact us via email once you receive the product to request a return.
If you purchased a Double Wood product from a third-party retailer such as Amazon, you need to go through them for returns/refunds. Double Wood’s refund policy doesn’t cover those.

Yes! All subscription renewals earn 5% back in Wood Credits as long as the subscription is active.
Yes — unused Credits expire 12 months after they are earned.
If you are a subscriber and cancel your final active subscription, your account will no longer have any active subscriptions. In that case, your entire Credit balance will expire 30 days after the cancellation date, per our policy.
To keep your credits active, you can either:
- Use them during the 30-day grace period, or
- Resubscribe to any product before the deadline
Note: Customers without an active subscription can still earn and keep credits under the standard 12-month expiration rule, but at a lower rate (3% vs. 5% for subscribers).
Any Credits you used will be refunded to your account. Credits earned from the order will be removed
If you return an item or cancel an order, any Credits earned from that purchase will be removed.
