Shipping policy
Double Wood Supplements is committed to getting your order shipped as quickly as possible, and there is typically a handling time of 1 business day before orders ship. This means that most orders placed on Monday will ship Tuesday, but orders placed on Friday, Saturday & Sunday will typically ship Monday. We currently offer the following shipping methods:
- Free Shipping for orders over $30
- Standard Shipping for orders under $30
At Double Wood Supplements, we strive to ensure your packages are delivered as efficiently and reliably as possible. We use trusted carriers such as FedEx and USPS and choose the best shipping method at our discretion based on the order and destination.
This approach allows us to provide timely deliveries while maintaining the quality of service you expect. If you have any specific concerns about shipping, feel free to let us know, and we’ll do our best to assist you!
USPS Ground Advantage – Typically arrives in 5-7 business days.
FedEx – Typically arrives in 5-7 business days.
- Paid Shipping Services –
Orders placed with paid shipping are prioritized above free shipping orders, and sometimes will ship the same day they are placed depending on how early in the morning the order is placed and how busy the warehouse is.
Most orders ship from our warehouse in Pennsylvania, so shipping times to the East Coast will generally be faster than to the West Coast if both orders use the same shipping method.
PayPal eCheck Orders
If paying for an order with PayPal eCheck, it will typically take 5-7 days for a payment to arrive. These orders will ship when the payment is received rather than when the order is submitted.
Shipments Marked Delivered but Not Found
If your package has been marked "delivered" but you cannot find the package then please reach out to us via email within 5 days so we can investigate it.
Our shipping carrier occasionally marks orders delivered early, so if your tracking shows the order was marked delivered but you did not receive it then chances are high it will arrive the within following few days.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
If an incorrect shipping address is entered, please let us know before the order ships so that we can have our warehouse correct the address before shipping the order.
We are happy to reship orders sent to an invalid address if the package is returned to us, and while we are often willing to reship orders to old addresses that aren’t sent back we reserve the right to not reship such orders if we find the circumstances surrounding them suspicious.
Paid Shipping Refunds
We cannot control delays from USPS or FedEx and generally do not refund shipping costs if we have both shipped the order on time and shipped it using the correct shipping method. If an order with paid shipping is delayed due to our mistake or has the wrong shipping method purchased, we are happy to provide a full refund of the shipping costs.
