That’s why we offer a money back-guarantee on the first bottle of any supplement that we sell, including multipacks. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will gladly refund the purchase amount of one bottle.

Multipacks, too? Yes, multipacks, too! Keep the first bottle on us and send us the remaining unopened bottles for a full refund. You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.

Double Wood Supplements is not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to an error on the customer’s part. Subscription orders that are not canceled – or skipped prior to processing – are also not eligible for a refund.

Our money-back guarantee applies to your first purchase of a particular product only.
