How do I earn Wood Credits?

You automatically earn Wood Credits on every purchase:

  • 3% back for customers without an active product subscription
  • 5% back if you have at least one active product subscription

No action needed — your credits are added to your account after the order is fulfilled.

Do I earn Wood Credits on subscription renewals?

Yes! All subscription renewals earn 5% back in Wood Credits as long as the subscription is active.

Do Wood Credits expire?

Yes — unused Wood Credits expire 12 months after they are earned, regardless of whether you have a subscription.

What happens if I cancel my last subscription? Do I lose my credits?

If you are a subscriber and cancel your final active subscription, your account will no longer have any active subscriptions. In that case, your entire Wood Credits balance will expire 45 days after the cancellation date, per our policy.

To keep your credits active, you can either:

  • Use them during the 45-day grace period, or
  • Resubscribe to any product before the deadline

Note: Customers without an active subscription can still earn and keep credits under the standard 12-month expiration rule, but at a lower rate (3% vs. 5% for subscribers).

What if I cancel or return an order where I used Wood Credits?

Any Wood Credits you used will be refunded to your account. Credits earned from the order will be removed

What happens to my earned credits if I return or cancel an order?

If you return an item or cancel an order, any Wood Credits earned from that purchase will be removed.
