I use Double Wood's Glycine with a couple of other supplements to help me fall asleep easier at night - it really helps....
I have difficulty with sleep onset. I found 4000 mg of glycine 45 minutes before lights out with 2000mg of magtein and 400mg of L-theanine has soled the problem
