Directions & Dosage

We recommend taking 1000 mg – 2000 mg (2-4 capsules) of Glycine per day on an empty stomach. If using Glycine to support sleep quality, take the full day’s dose 1-2 hours before going to sleep. We do not recommend exceeding a dosage of 5000 mg (10 capsules) per day.
