Magnesium Threonate and L-Theanine can be taken every night to help you fall asleep faster and to improve your sleep quality. Phenibut can be added on occasion if you're having more trouble than normal sleeping, but should not be taken every night.
L-Theanine:To help with sleep, take 1-2 200mg capsules about an hour before bed.
Magnesium Threonate:Take 2-4 500 mg capsules about an hour before bed.
Phenibut:Take 1-2 250 mg capsules about an hour before bed if needed, but no more than twice per week.
