Andrographis, also known as "the king of bitters" is an herb with a long history of usage in Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine. The primary benefit for which Andrographis supplements are used are to support immune system health and there have been promising clinical trials showing its efficacy in doing so. Double Wood's Andrographis supplement contains a broad spectrum of Andrographis extracts per capsule including extracts standardized to 10% Andrographolides and the AP Bio patented extract standardized to 30% Andrographolides.
