Artemisinin is a compound extracted from the sweet wormwood herb (Artemisia annua) which has a long history of use in traditional Chinese medicine. "Bought on the recommendation of an on-line Doc - Dr. Berg of YouTube fame. I rarely do such things but further research beared out his recommendation. I CANNOT STRESS how effective this has been in addressing Sjogren's Syndrome symptoms. First day I took the stuff the fatigue that's been dogging me for years was greatly reduced. I was actually initially quite concerned thinking this was some scam caffeine extract maquarding as a supplement. Not the case. Within days, other symptoms were reduced including dry mouth, tinnitus, muscle aches, joint stiffness, brain fog. Not all is perfect as neuropathy remains - but has not worsened. I'm told once neural damage is done, healing is slow - if it heals at all - so this is not unexpected. And I can't say my other symptoms have disappeared, just greatly reduced. How do I know? I count things like how often I need xylitol mints for dry mouth and how often I take Naproxen, et-al. Dry mouth mint usage is down a full 60 percent, Naproxen usage down by 2/3 Discuss with your doc before trying as this preparation can be tough on the liver. Mine is fine as I just this morning received every 4 month blood test results - unchanged. Given those results, I'm considering upping my dose from 2 to 4 pills daily. There is much commonality between different autoimmune conditions so regardless of condition, this may work for you - or not. As for me, I'd sell a kidney to stay supplied with this stuff. An absolute game changer. Good luck"
