"I wanted to share an honest review for anyone really looking into Berberine and trying to find something that actually works without upsetting your system. I’ve tried other Berberine supplements before, but many of them included green tea or caffeine, which completely irritated my stomach. That just didn’t work for me. Double Wood’s formula has been much more gentle, which was a huge relief. I currently take their Inositol and Berberine together, and I’ve noticed a real difference—especially with cravings.
