"Strength results are good and recovery is great on 1/2 serving per day with dinner (Ashwaganda, tribulus, shilijit, tonkat in am 1/2 serving daily) However, looking into research regarding heightened aldosterone which can impact kidneys. I do seem to need to urinate more frequently, so tracking that. I'm interested to hear other feedback on effects and thoughts on safety profile."
