Colostrum Supplement

Bovine colostrum is a milky liquid which is produced by cows during the first few days after giving birth and before true milk appears. This fluid is different than true milk and is richer in nutrients, growth factors, and immune boosting compounds known as immunoglobulins. We recommend taking one two capsule serving (1000 mg colostrum, 150 mg immunoglobulins) per day, with or without food. This dosage can be exceeded if desired but the dosage should be reduced if you encounter any side effects. We don’t recommend exceeding 10 grams total per day.
