"My research brought me to Good Wood. My problem is high cholestrol, I don't have metabolic syndrone. I started with Berberine, 500 mg per day and ramped up to twice and then 3 times per day. In a period of 30 days I had a very upset stomach and had to stop. I switched to Dihydro berberine and started with the Good Wood recommendation of 100 mg 3 per day and within a month I was back to an upset stomach. I pulled back to 2 per day and now I'm on 1 per day, still having some stomach issues. I'm thinking that my system is too sensitive to any Berberine and will have to find another botanical alternative."

Yes, I do proper diet, also - but I was doing that BEFORE starting on this specific brand of Dihydro Berberine. Zero side effects, zero drain on energy.
