Shop Promise Limited Guarantee

Shop Promise is a limited delivery guarantee provided by Shopify that offers customers fast and reliable delivery dates for eligible orders.

✅ Eligibility

• This limited guarantee applies only to orders paid using Shop Pay.
• The estimated delivery date shown at checkout is based on our fulfillment times and carrier performance.
• The Shop Promise badge appears only on products and orders that meet Shopify's criteria for this guarantee.

💵 Late Delivery Compensation

If your order arrives after the Shop Promise delivery date, you may be eligible to receive Shop Cash from Shopify. If this is your first claim, and you didn't use Shop Pay during checkout, then you need a verified Shop and Shop Pay account to make a claim. Login to your Shop account and then follow the steps below.

To claim your Shop Cash:

1. From the Shop app, go to the Orders tab.

2. Tap the order that was delivered late.

3. Tap the Shop Promise banner that contains the estimated delivery date.

4. Tap Claim your $.
