Double Wood’s Essential Amino Acid supplement contains all 9 of the essential amino acids: L-Leucine, L-Lysine, L-Threonine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine, L-Phenylalanine, L-Histidine, L-Tryptophan, L-Methionine.

Recommended Dosage

We recommend a dosage of between 3-10 capsules per day depending on how protein rich your diet is. We don’t recommend exceeding 12 capsules per day.

Essential Amino Acids Side Effects

Essential Amino Acids are the same types found in dietary sources and as a result are extremely safe and well tolerated, and side effects are extremely rare. GI discomfort is sometimes reported as a side effect if large doses are taken on an empty stomach, but is otherwise rare.
