For use as a supplement, we recommend taking between 2-4 capsules per day for a total daily dose of between 1200 – 2400 mg. Irish Moss Extract is best used with food as some of its nutrients are not water soluble and need to be taken with a source of dietary fat for best absorption.

We typically don’t recommend exceeding 4 capsules per day, but those fighting severe nutrient deficiencies can take up to 6 capsules without issues. If exceeding 4 capsules per day care should be taken to ensure you aren’t getting too much Iodine.
