We recommend using a dose of 2-4 500 mg capsules per day. We do not recommend exceeding a dose of 3,000 mg (6 capsules) per day as there are few studies on doses higher than this.

Panax Ginseng is best used on an empty stomach, and should not be used in the evening as it can cause insomnia in some people.
