As a supplement for digestive, respiratory, or skin health we recommend taking two capsules per day with food for a total daily dosage of 1000 mg. If needed the total daily dosage can be increased to 4 capsules or 2000 mg, but we do not recommend exceeding this dosage as side effects are more likely at high doses.

It is typically recommended to cycle Marshmallow Root by taking one week off after four weeks of daily use. This prevents tolerance formation and allows the product to retain its effectiveness over long periods of use.
