Below is a list of the included products with a note on how they work to support healthy levels of male hormones.

Contents of the Bundle ($90 value):
Tongkat Ali Extract (1 bottle, 120 x 500 mg capsules) ($24.95 value) – One of the most well-known supplements for male hormone support, our Tongkat Ali Extract is packed full of eurycomamones which activate Luteinizing Hormones (LH) that stimulate the Leydig cells to produce male hormones.

Fadogia Agrestis (1 bottle, 180 x 300 mg capsules) ($29.95 value) – Another potent supplement for supporting healthy hormone levels, Fadogia works by mimicking the effects of luteinizing hormones which signals the testes to increase hormonal production.

Turkesterone (1 bottle, 120 x 500 mg capsules) ($39.95 value) – Turkesterone is an extract from the ajuga turkestanica plant which is rich in ecdysterones that have been shown to help bodybuilders increase protein synthesis and add lean mass. It does this without interacting with androgen receptors making it a very useful supplement for athletes practicing resistance training in hopes of increasing their strength.

Beta Ecdysterone (1 bottle, 120 x 250 mg capsules) ($49.95 value) - Beta Ecdysterone is a naturally occurring compound found in plants and insects, which has recently become popular as a supplement for supporting optimal levels of male hormones and post-resistance training recovery. Beta Ecdysterone is a fairly new supplement but the research that has been published so far shows exceptional benefits.

While you can certainly dive right in by taking the recommended dosage of each product in the bundle as listed on the bottles, given the synergy between the three products included you may want to begin with a reduced dosage of each product to see how the stack affects you before moving up to the full dosage of each.

So for the first 1-2 weeks we recommend the following dosages:
- Beta Ecdysterone - Beta Ecdysterone – Take one 250 mg capsule per day, with or without food.
- Tongkat Ali Extract - Take one 500 mg capsule per day, with or without food.
- Fadogia Agrestis - Take one 300 mg capsule per day, with or without food.</li>
- Turkesterone - Take one 500 mg capsule per day, with a meal or source of dietary fats.

Since Turkesterone needs to be taken with food for proper absorption the most convenient way to take these would be to take all three in the morning after breakfast. After getting a feel for how the stack affects you, if you aren’t experiencing any side effects you can move up to the full dosage:

- Beta Ecdysterone - Take 2-3 capsules per day (500 – 750 mg) with or without food. We don’t recommend exceeding 4 capsules per day.
- Tongkat Ali Extract – Take 2-3 capsules per day (1000 – 1500 mg), with or without food. We don’t recommend exceeding 4 capsules per day.
- Fadogia Agrestis - Take 1-2 capsules per day (300 – 600 mg), with or without food. We don’t recommend exceeding 3 capsules per day.
- Turkesterone - Take 2-3 capsules per day (500 – 1000 mg), with a meal or source of dietary fats. We don’t recommend exceeding 4 capsules per day.
