The Mullein plant is found in many parts of the world including the United States and its flowers and leaves have a long history of medicinal use for supporting respiratory and immune health. Research has identified numerous beneficial ingredients in the leaves of the Mullein plant including saponins, flavonoids, phenylethanoids, and iridoids which are commonly extracted in either powder or oil forms.

Our Mullein Leaf Extract supplement is a 10:1 Extract of Mullein Leaf, one recommended serving of 1000 mg is equivalent to 10,000 mg of the raw leaves.

As a supplement we recommend taking one two capsule serving per day, with or without food, for a total daily dosage of 1000 mg.

Mullein Leaf supplements are very well tolerated and adverse side effects are very rare at normal dosages although nausea has occasionally been reported. Mullein Leaf has not been studied in pregnant women, therefore they may not wish to use this product out of an abundance of caution.
