Well, within a few days mucous loosened and I was able to expel it and I am breathing so much better! Maybe as a result I honestly feel like I have my youth back because I also have so much energy now. I am 70 and have struggled with fatigue a long time. Not any more. I have only been using a short while and so long term effects remain to be seen but I am thrilled at the results so far. I use the drops AM and take 2 capsules PM.
