"Taste was pretty typical for valerian, I found it very tolerable. I wasn't sure it was working until I woke up easily the next day and realized I had slept peacefully throughout the night. I was even woken up in middle of the night when my husband got up,..I immediately fell back asleep. That is usually the end of my sleep when that happens but not this time..I thank the Valerian for that. No morning sleepiness either. Will definitely buy again"
