Directions & Dosage

Methylated Multi-Vitamin: As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving per day with or without food.

Magnesium L- Threonate: When taken as a supplement, we recommend a daily dosage of 1000 – 2000 mg. (2-4 capsules.) It is not recommended to exceed 2000 mg per day. One full 2000 mg dose of Magnesium Threonate contains 144 mg of elemental magnesium.

Vitamin D3 + K2 Liquid Drops: As a dietary supplement take 1mL (1 dropper) per day with or without food. One dropper per day is plenty and we do not recommend exceeding it unless directed to do so by your physician. The Vitamin D3 + K2 solution uses MCT Oil as a base and so has plenty of fat for proper absorption but it can be taken with food if you prefer.
