"Its close to a week when I started taking this. For a couple of days I took what it said on the bottle. But after doing some research, I take 2 twice a day. And I wake up not hurting like I had been. Noticed an improvement in my energy level as well. Can't say for sure its this product helping with the energy since I started taking Magnesium 12-N-1 a few days after staring this product. I do know I wake up in the morning without my joints hurting."
