Boswellia, also known as Indian frankincense, is an herbal extract obtained from the Boswellia serrata tree. Boswellia has been used for centuries in both Asian and African folk medicines for a variety of purposes. Boswellia Extracts have recently become popular supplements for joint and skin health. Double Wood’s Boswellia is standardized to 65% boswellic acid, which is the active ingredient in Boswellia Extract believed to provide most of its benefits.
