This is the only iron my body can handle
"I have had a anemia for a long time because my body doesn't absorb iron properly. I may have something called iron pill gastritis. I've been searching for a form of iron that my body will absorb. I've only be taking the bioferrin/lactoferrin for about a month, but I know I feel much better. I will have my blood numbers checked again in a couple of months to see what they look like.
