"I usually don’t care about reviews but I have to with this one. When I use ashwa it sets me up for a positive day, as far as It helps with clearer thoughts and a great mood. Also at night it helps with waking up feeling fresh instead of grogginess if you deal with insomnia. Overall great product. I will buy again."
