Serrapeptase Supplement

Serrapeptase is a proteolytic enzyme produced by silkworms with the main function of dissolving the silkworm’s cocoon. It is most often supplemented to support joint health but has also been found to liquefy mucus and reduce the size of bacterial biofilms. This makes it helpful for reducing phlegm buildup and nasal discharge.

For use as a supplement, we recommend a daily dosage of 1-2 capsules per day (120,000 – 240,000 SPU), taken 30 minutes before eating or 2 hours after eating. We do not recommend exceeding a 3 capsule dosage per day.
